When placing your purchase You hereby grant us 'This website' referable to 'Hostpitality.org' a non-exclusive, assignable, fully paid-up, worldwide license to register, host, and create, any given account, provided with the given specification of hosting in which was purchased. Your clients as well as existing clients of this network must abide to this websites terms as you do.

We accept Paypal, Google Checkout, and Credit or cash by mail.(for cash orders expected response time 1-2 weeks upon delivery). If paying eCheck please expect a delay of 3-7 days for your payment to clear. All payments are made out to us on a monthly or yearly (annual) basis and are not refundable. Payments usually take at least 24-48 hours to be received, processed and responded to.

After receiving successful payment, We will send you a Hostpitality.org welcome email with your account information. If you encounter any problems with the setup, Please contact us as soon as possible.

The following is a list of content we do not allow hosted on Hostpitality.org 1. Porn, Sex, Violence or other related content. 2. Illegal content (such as stolen, copyrighted material, werze sites, torrent sites, p2p networking sites, proxy sites or anything related.) 3. Spyware hosted sites, Malware hosted sites (site that infect peoples computers.) 4. Hate or Harassment Sites 5. Redirected Sites (such as to spam) 6. Gambling or casino related content 7. Any abuse or damage done to this server will result in you being banned from our hosting. 8. Impersonation of staff or anouther person is forbidden. If you see any of the following activity happening on our servers please report it to us immediately. Resellers, Masters and VPS clients must abide to the same terms listed on this page.

We claim the right to either suspend or terminate your account at any given time if your account is either inactive, has been transferred to a new host or contains content that is in violation of our terms of service. We have the right to choose to either suspend or terminate your account depending on how great the circumstance. If we choose to terminate your account you will receive an email stating why. If we choose to suspend your account you will be given 3 warnings. When warned you must remove the stated problem immediately.

The Support we offer here at Hostpitality.org is a courtesy and is not to be abused. This means harassing staff, asking us to setup or run stuff on your website for you. If you still need help we will work with you to find a solution but cannot do everything you ask us. This is the reason we provide simple tutorials so you can learn yourself. If what we provide still doesn't help we will try our best to make tutorials that provide a solution to what you need help with. For starter Resellers and Master Reseller clients WE CAN ALSO BE AVAILABLE TO YOUR CLIENTS if needed.

Domain transfers to us are FREE OF CHARGE. If you would like to transfer a domain from Hostpitality.org to another register or company we require that you wait atleast 60 days from the time you have purchased your domain to make the transfer. Transferring a domain is FREE OF CHARGE. All domains kept on our database can be renewed for an additional year for $8.00.

Free & Adopted domains must stay on Hostpitality.org and cannot be transferred or hosted with anyone else. Domains adopted from us must stay under the same ownership of the person that had received it and cannot be sold or traded to anyone or the privileges we give you will be taken away.

Here at Hostpitality.org we strive to provide the LOWEST PRICES EVER. We claim the right to change our prices listed here on our website without any given consent.

We do not measure disk space or bandwidth for clients that purchase our unlimited plans. The reason we provide unlimited disk space and bandwidth so you may have as much space as you need. This does not give you the right to abuse our system in a way that uses more than the server.

If you wish to cancel your domain you must contact us first with 1. The domain you would like canceled 2. Proof of purchase, such as your payment order number. Canceling your domain does not entitle you to a refund. We require this so you understand you are no longer using our services and wish to no longer be billed. This also applies to subscriptions and payments. All deleted or canceled domains are subject to giveaway or adoption under a new ownership and are the property of hostpitality.

Be sure to keep a backup of everything you have incase a damage or data loss may ever occur among our system. Everyone is provided with a data backup system within there cPanel located in backups. Keep in mind, We don't restore deleted accounts. You are responsible for your data.

Since we are a client supported company we encourage clients here at Hostpitality to add our link or button to your website as a sign of support. Supporting us comes optional to you and is not required but does helps us grow. Since we are supporting you with our tutorials, ftp service and hosting. We also accept donations on this page if you would like to help us grow.
